Dane Street is seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeon licensed in Louisiana to join our dynamic team of expert clinical reviewers. In this role, you will use your specialized spine expertise to conduct thorough, evidence-based reviews of clinical cases.

This is a telework opportunity that allows you to customize your schedule while working as a 1099 independent contractor

Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing medical records, preparing clear and concise clinical summaries, participating in peer-to-peer discussions as needed, and responding to specific questions related to orthopedic spine care and medical necessity.

• Orthopedic Surgery – Spine

• Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training in Spine Surgery
• Current, unrestricted Louisiana medical license
• 5+ years of clinical practice experience in orthopedic spine surgery
• Ability to attend all required orientation and training sessions
• Maintains all required credentialing, licensure, and certifications necessary to perform the role

• Independent consultant role offering schedule flexibility and predictable work hours
• Choose your services, case types, and workload based on your availability
• No physician–patient relationship is established; no treatment is provided — all services are advisory only
• Streamlined case flow with a user-friendly online review portal
• Dane Street manages all administrative processes, including medical record organization and communications
