Overview
Endocrinologist Physician - board certified, board eligible. Opportunity for a board certified/board eligible clinical endocrinologist (M.D.) to join a well-established and growing endocrine-only private practice (not owned by hospital, private equity, pharmacy, or insurance companies) 9-doctor group in the Houston, Texas area. We are looking for a good communicator with a dynamic personality.
What we offer- Flexibility
. We are seeking full time or part-time physicians (with full benefits). - We offer a family-oriented work schedule to fit your needs: THREE, FOUR, or FIVE days a week. Doctors are scheduled to see patients 21 to 35+ hours a week, with some choosing a three-day schedule for full-time work.
- New and follow-up telemedicine appointments that can be done at the office or at a home office. Options include 3-day work weeks with longer telemedicine hours for higher pay and fewer days.
- Work Location:
Remote telemedicine from home and office locations Bellaire 77401 and Katy 77494. Hybrid or full-time in-office (no telemedicine-only).

We strive for excellence in the diagnosis and treatment of endocrine disorders. We care for each patient, listen to questions and concerns, and provide affordable care with clear access to an endocrinologist. We are not a weight loss clinic and are not owned by health insurances, private equity, or hospital entities.
- Collaborative environment and physician support including technology-enabled workflows to reduce mundane tasks and support physicians in working at the top of their license.
- Teams of personnel to reduce or eliminate routine lab result reviews, progress note creation/filling, refills, prior authorization forms, form filling, lab printing, and lab ordering.
- Paid portal messaging and automated SMS messaging with patients via personal virtual/medical assistants to minimize administrative time.
- Pre-visit note writing and attachment of CGM, pump, and lab data before the MD sees the patient.
- In-office diagnostic thyroid ultrasound and thyroid FNA with GE machines; a teaching program is available for applicants needing refreshers. Patients expect doctors to perform ultrasound on-site.
- Video and audio tele-visits with a streamlined workflow; telemedicine experience since 2016.
- 1:1 personalized medical assistants to manage inboxes.
- Access to a full-time employed Certified Diabetes Educator and a full-time employed Registered Dietitian for diabetes education and nutrition questions at all locations.
- 100% general endocrinology
. Onsite thyroid ultrasound, thyroid biopsy, CGMS, and in-office dietitian and diabetes education. Doctors learn thyroid ultrasound and FNA skills. All patients have a separate primary care doctor. - 100% outpatient-only practice with a balanced payer mix (self-pay, private insurance, and Medicare). Minimal on-call requirement; 1 week every 8 weeks by phone, with very light call volume.
