Responsibilities- Review and oversee clinical charts for four virtual Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality standards
- Conduct ongoing check-ins and meetings with APPs to support performance, development, and overall success
- Serve as a point of contact for APPs, responding to questions and calls as needed within reasonable scope
- Review, approve, and sign off on clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner
- MD/DO
- Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa
- Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice
- Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
