Vantage Radiology and Diagnostic Services, a stable physician‑owned practice in the Seattle metropolitan area, is seeking an A ‑certified/board‑eligible fellowship‑trained breast imager for full‑time partner‑track, ¾‑time partner‑track, or employee position (2‑, 3‑, or 4‑day work week) depending on work lifestyle preferences.

Our practice provides services at two ACR Breast Imaging Centers of Excellence. The position is approximately 75% breast imaging and 25% general radiology. Qualified candidates must be skilled in all breast imaging studies and procedures including screening and diagnostic mammography, ultrasound, MRI, and needle/Savi Scout localization and biopsy. The position includes participation in a weekly breast tumor conference.

Candidates should be committed to patient‑focused care, maintaining our healthy work environment, and well‑respected interdisciplinary relationship with our breast surgeons, medical oncologists, pathologists, high‑risk clinics, and referral base. There are no IR or night call after 1 am requirements. All partners and partner‑track associates share general call responsibilities, of which certain day, evening and weekend shifts may be staffed from a remote home workstation.

We are a progressive private practice of approximately 35 sub‑specialized radiologists providing professional services for 2 hospitals and an outpatient breast center and are co‑owners of affiliated imaging centers. We emphasize excellent clinical practice, collegiality, teamwork, close working relationships with our outpatient and hospital‑based clinical partners, and a quality lifestyle.
