• Optional Evening Clinics: For physicians interested in expanded access or alternative hours, the option to run an evening clinic is available, but entirely up to your preference
• Tailored Clinical Interests: Enjoy the autonomy to shape your practice scope based on your passions.
• Office-based procedures (such as joint injections, dermatologic procedures, or women's health) are encouraged for those interested, but are not required
• True Comprehensive Care: Join a multidisciplinary team providing outpatient care at our March Lane clinic. (Scope of practice is determined by specialty: full-spectrum for Family Medicine; adult/geriatric focus for Internal Medicine)
• Diverse Clinical Scope: Opportunity to manage a wide variety of cases, including women's health, weight management, mental health counseling, and preventive medicine
• Chronic Disease Management: High-impact work managing complex conditions including diabetes, hypertension, thyroid conditions, and arthritis
• No Call: 100% outpatient practice with no hospital call or rounding

• Guaranteed Salary: $246,755 - $296,789 / Year for the first two years
• Sign-on Bonus up to $125,000

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
