We are now actively seeking 4th-year residents and fellows who want to begin their outpatient journey part time—
starting as early as the New Year

In‑person and telehealth options available.

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management
• Work closely with therapists, care coordinators, and other clinicians
• Participate in case consultations and interprofessional learning
• Grow your caseload at a pace that aligns with your training schedule and career goals

• $150/hour for Board‑Eligible psychiatrists
• $200–$250/hour for Board‑Certified psychiatrists (dependent on schedule)

Minimum: 8 clinical hours per week, with flexibility around academic schedules.

We welcome applications from:

• Current 4th‑year psychiatry residents
• Current fellows in any psychiatry subspecialty
• Recent graduates preparing for board certification

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completed residency training in Psychiatry.
• Board certification in Psychiatry or eligibility for certification.
• Experience in outpatient mental health settings preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate approach to patient care and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and best practices in psychiatry.

This is a part‑time role and will be paid as a 1099 contractor. However, if the successful applicant chooses to grow at the practice and transition to full‑time work they will receive:

• Health insurance including dental and vision coverage
• 401(k) with 3% match
• 24 days of Paid Time Off annually (with a 4‑day work week this is 6 weeks annually)
