starting as early as the New Year

⚕️ About the Role Part‑Time Psychiatrist (with option to ramp to full‑time)In‑person and telehealth options available.
You Will- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management
- Work closely with therapists, care coordinators, and other clinicians
- Participate in case consultations and interprofessional learning
- Grow your caseload at a pace that aligns with your training schedule and career goals
- Step into a practice that values your voice, your ideas, and your clinical growth
- $150/hour for Board‑Eligible psychiatrists
- $200–$250/hour for Board‑Certified psychiatrists (dependent on schedule)
Minimum: 8 clinical hours per week, with flexibility around academic schedules.

QualificationsWe welcome applications from:
- Current 4th‑year psychiatry residents
- Current fellows in any psychiatry subspecialty
- Recent graduates preparing for board certification
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Completed residency training in Psychiatry.
- Board certification in Psychiatry or eligibility for certification.
- Experience in outpatient mental health settings preferred.
- Familiarity with telehealth practices is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate approach to patient care and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and best practices in psychiatry.
This is a part‑time role and will be paid as a 1099 contractor. However, if the successful applicant chooses to grow at the practice and transition to full‑time work they will receive:
- Health insurance including dental and vision coverage
- 401(k) with 3% match
- 24 days of Paid Time Off annually (with a 4‑day work week this is 6 weeks annually)
