We are looking for a Full Time Hospitalist to join our team!

• 180 shifts per year (primary schedule 7 on 7 off) consisting of purely nights (7:00 am - 7:00 pm)
• Primary responsibility is on-site adult (admit and cross cover) inpatient care.
• Superb inhouse subspecialty support. Magnet hospital - rarely need to transfer a patient out!

• Academic affiliation with Internal Medicine residency program at Creighton University School of Medicine at Phoenix.
• Collaborative and cohesive hospitalist team with near 100% retention rate and exponential growth.
• Cerner EMR links all of our outpatient and inpatient facilities.
• Very competitive AMGA compensation model includes Base salary + Night incentive + wRVU productivity incentive + Quality Incentive.

• Closed ICU with 24/7 intensivists; ventilator management, procedures, running codes not required.

• MD or DO Degree
• BC/BE
• Must have or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure
• Completed ACGME Residency training with current ABMS Board Certification
• Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
