Job Summary and Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group - Northridge is seeking a part time Board-Certified or Board Eligible General OB/GYN Physician to join our established practice in Northridge, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional care to women across all stages of life.

  • Emphasis on preventative care, chronic condition management, and minimally invasive procedures
  • Balanced call schedule facilitated by the group for in-house deliveries and emergencies.
  • Northridge Hospital Medical Center is part of the larger Dignity Health system, providing robust institutional backing and a clear leadership structure from clinic to hospital administration levels.
Compensation/Benefits Include:
  • Annual salary of $170,000
  • Sign-on bonus: up to $62,500
  • Relocation assistance
  • Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans and CME allowance
Job Requirements
  • MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA certification
  • Passion for women's health with experience in prenatal care, gynecologic procedures, and preventive medicine
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
