Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesDignity Health Medical Group – Northridge is seeking Nocturnist to join our team at Northridge Hospital Medical Center in Northridge, CA.
Opportunity Highlights- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care during overnight shifts.
- Be part of a collegial and supportive group of hospitalists, working together to provide excellent care.
- Work at a single hospital location, Northridge Hospital Medical Center, a well-regarded 424-bed acute care facility.
- Manage a 7 on, 7 off schedule (183 annual shifts) with convenient shift options: 7PM-5AM or 10PM-8AM.
- Benefit from a closed ICU, ensuring a focused and manageable scope of practice.
- Have access to ongoing professional development within an established and respected multispecialty group.
- Compensation: $285-300k annually + quarterly productivity
- MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality inpatient care
- Ability to work flexible shifts, with occasional weekend availability strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- 2+ years of hospitalist experience strongly preferred
