4 days in office, 1 day work from home
Medical Director role overseeing multiple locations
Low patient census with maximum 750 patient panel
Call only 2 times monthly, 4 weekends per year
80% clinical, 20% administrative duties
Board certification and Massachusetts license required
Value-based care experience with geriatrics focus preferred
