Absolute Elder Care is searching for a Physician to serve as medical director for our home call practice. In this capacity you will see patients in their homes for chronically ill home bound patients. We work with several ACOs in order to decrease hospital readmissions for our patients as well as provide the best home based medicine to our patients who find it difficult to leave their homes.
You will supervise nurse practitioners and see an average of 10 patients a day. This gives you the time to spend with patients in their home environments. Position is full time but can also be part time if desired.
