• Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm schedule
• 4 days in office, 1 day work from home
• Medical Director role overseeing multiple locations
• Low patient census with maximum 750 patient panel
• Call only 2 times monthly, 4 weekends per year
• 80% clinical, 20% administrative duties
• Board certification and Massachusetts license required
• Value-based care experience with geriatrics focus preferred

Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
