100% Remote | Pod Lead | $345K Total Compensation Potential

This fully remote Psychiatry leadership role offers the opportunity to influence care at scale while maintaining balance. As a Pod Lead within an expanding telepsychiatry model, you will oversee high‑acuity seniors with serious mental illness and complex medical needs, helping keep vulnerable patients stable s position blends clinical authority, structured leadership time, and a value‑based model designed to reduce administrative burden and improve outcomes.

• Lead a dedicated Pod of 10 Nurse Practitioners as clinical authority and mentor
• Value‑based care model focused on seniors with SMI, dementia, and complex comorbidities
• 30 hours of clinical care plus 10 hours weekly for leadership and supervision
• Medication management for SMI and dementia; MAT if certified; no opioid prescribing
• Structured telehealth infrastructure with in‑home care coordinators supporting patients

• 40‑hour workweek with blocked scheduling for workflow efficiency
• Intake days: 6 to 7 scheduled, typically 3 seen
• Follow‑up days: 16 to 18 scheduled, typically 10 to 11 seen
• Call 1 week at a time, rotated 1 to 3 times annually; phone‑only and NP triaged
• Fully remote with weekly team huddles and leadership meetings

• Base salary ranging from $270,000 to $300,000
• 10% annual bonus paid quarterly; total compensation $310,500 to $345,000
• 4 weeks PTO, 5 sick days, 9 paid holidays, plus 2 floating holidays
• 401k with 3.5% match and malpractice coverage with tail
• Full health benefits; 1 week CME with $2,500 allowance

• MD or DO;
  Board Certification required
• 2 to 3 years post‑training experience minimum
• Experienced in managing high‑acuity geriatric patients with complex polypharmacy
• Skilled in treating SMI, dementia, and medical‑psychiatric overlap
• New graduates will not be considered at this time

This is a fully remote role serving Florida and Texas primarily, with additional markets expanding. Physicians work from home while participating in a coordinated telehealth system that includes structured support and in‑home care assistance.
