Job Overview

Vancouver Clinic is a physician‑owned, multispecialty clinic dedicated to high‑quality patient care and a strong work‑life balance. We are seeking a BC/BE General Psychiatrist to join our growing Mental Health Department.

• Provide 100% outpatient psychiatric care, with some telehealth responsibilities.
• Collaborate with primary and specialty‑care providers.
• Work within the clinic’s established in‑house referral network.
• Adhere to a schedule that excludes weekends and on‑call duties.

• Board certification in psychiatry.
• Residency in either Oregon or Washington to be eligible for remote work.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; the clinic does not sponsor employment visas.

Compensation follows a production model.

• New clinicians receive a 1‑year guarantee between $300,000 and $334,000, with upside earning potential.
• Up to $35,000 starting bonus.
• Two‑year partnership track with a reasonable buy‑in.

Eligibility for benefits is dependent on position type and FTE; benefits begin on the first of the month following one month of employment. The clinic also offers a 401k retirement plan, a 409A Deferred Compensation Plan for eligible shareholder physicians, and a 4% employer matching contribution.
