Eye MD Monterey, recognized as the “Best Eye Doctor in Monterey,” is looking for an Optometrist to join its award‑winning practice in Monterey, California.

As a new Optometrist, you will perform comprehensive eye exams using EMR and Eyefinity optical software, provide refractions, prescribe corrective lenses (glasses and contacts), diagnose and treat vision problems and eye diseases such as glaucoma, and potentially work with light‑adjustable lenses. You will work 32–40 hours per week and typically see 15–17 patients daily, collaborating with ophthalmologists who see up to 40 patients per day.
The position allows remote work.
Optometry license in the state of California. You should be passionate, dedicated, and committed to providing exceptional eye care, able to serve a diverse spectrum of patients, and skillfully perform refractions, routine vision exams, diagnostic testing and interpretation, refractive surgery evaluations, and comprehensive post‑operative care. You thrive in a collaborative setting, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning.
