Job Overview

The University of Minnesota Medical School's Department of Radiology seeks a full‑time A  board‑certified or eligible radiologist with a primary interest in neuroradiology. The position is a dual appointment with M Physicians and the University of Minnesota. Academic rank, compensation and appointment type will be based on qualifications and experience. Candidates must have demonstrated ability in teaching and scholarly productivity in one or more radiology specialty areas.

• Provide clinical care on a busy neuroradiology service for both inpatients and outpatients.
• Participate in all facets of neuroradiology, including imaging interpretation and interventional procedures when applicable.
• Teach at the graduate‑school and post‑graduate levels in a hospital setting.
• Allocate academic time to pursue scholarly work in your chosen specialty or research area.
• Engage actively in national organizations and foster an academic environment for medical students, residents, and faculty.

• MD or equivalent degree.
• Eligibility to hold a medical license in Minnesota.
• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in radiology (ACGME accredited residency required).
• Preferred: completion of a neuroradiology fellowship.
• Advanced imaging expertise such as fMRI, ASL, DTI, or MRP is preferred.
• Subspecialization in pediatrics, interventional, spine therapy, head & neck, or neuro‑oncology is acceptable.

• Competitive base salary range: $396,000 – $476,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
