This is a full-time hybrid role based in San Antonio, TX, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Medical Officer will be responsible for providing expert care to patients, collaborating with physicians on diagnosis and treatment plans, conducting and assisting in surgical procedures, and contributing to the training and development of medical personnel. Additional responsibilities may involve overseeing medical units, ensuring compliance with medical protocols, and participating in mission readiness exercises.

• Proficiency in Medicine, Patient Care, and working collaboratively with physicians
• Experience in Surgery and related medical procedures
• Strong ability to train and mentor medical personnel
• Exceptional communication and decision-making skills
• Capacity for adaptability and problem-solving in dynamic environments
• Medical degree (MD or DO) with licensure to practice in the United States
• Previous experience in a military or structured clinical environment is a plus
