- Conduct ophthalmologic evaluations and annotate clinical findings for AI model training.
- Review and validate AI-generated outputs against real-world ophthalmology standards.
- Diagnose and document ocular diseases, injuries, and disorders for dataset accuracy.
- Integrate evidence-based treatment knowledge into AI training workflows.
- Develop and refine ophthalmology-focused clinical workflows for AI applications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve model accuracy and reliability.
- Board-certified or board-eligible Ophthalmologist (non-pediatric focus).
- Strong experience diagnosing and treating ocular conditions.
- Ability to interpret and document complex ophthalmologic data clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms.
- Commitment to quality assurance and evidence-based clinical standards.
