Location: Iowa
Tapestry Health is seeking a Multi-State Licensed Medical Doctor to initiate patient visits across the Western and Midwestern United States. In this contractor role, you will establish patient relationships and conduct consultations for Chronic Care Management, Remote Patient Monitoring, and Behavioral Health services.
The ideal candidate is an MD/DO with completed residency in Internal or Family Medicine, and must hold active, unrestricted medical licenses in at least five states. This role offers a hybrid work environment with a compensation structure of 10-25k/month plus mileage reimbursement.
