Sentara RMH Gastroenterology is seeking a BC/BE General Gastroenterologist (outpatient only) to join our growing team! Step into a busy practice with built in patient base and no wait to ramp up. With our robust GI hospitalist team handling all inpatient and emergency call, you’ll enjoy no nights, weekends, or holidays — just the perfect blend of professional fulfillment and personal freedom.

Opportunity Highlights:46 days Paid Annual leave for excellent work/life balance.

Annual Base Salary - $550,000 + RVU Productivity Compensation.

Annual Quality Performance Incentive - $24,500.Comprehensive Benefits package with medical, dental; vision, short-term/long-term disability, and retirement plans with matching contributions.

Employed position with Sentara Medical Group.

Fully integrated EHR (Epic)
General GI-only

Paid malpractice with tail insurance.

PSLF eligible - non-profit

Strong Advanced Practice Provider support in clinic

Strong referral base and physician marketing support

Up to four procedural days, with one day in clinic
