Psychotherapy is the core of everything we do. Our multidisciplinary team — Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, Clinical Psychologists, and Licensed Therapists — conducts 40‑minute weekly recurring sessions, building meaningful, long‑term therapeutic alliances with every client. Clinicians are supported by a robust administrative infrastructure and experienced clinical leadership so they can focus fully on care.

As a Psychiatrist at Happier Living, your primary responsibility is providing evidence‑based psychotherapy within 40‑minute weekly sessions — often without medication management. You will develop enduring therapeutic relationships in a model that prioritizes depth of care over volume.

Our national support team manages scheduling, billing, and all administrative tasks, freeing you to focus on clinical excellence and professional fulfillment.

Residents & Fellows Welcome:
We welcome Residents and Fellows to begin their psychiatry careers with Happier Living directly out of training.

• MD or DO
• ABPN Board Certified or within 3 years of residency completion
• Active DEA registration
• Comfort collaborating with PMHNPs
• Strong interest in evidence‑based psychotherapy as the primary treatment modality
• Active participation in weekly 40‑minute Case Conferences
• Proficiency with Zoom, EMRs, and ePrescribing platforms
• Available full or part time (8–40 clinical hours per week)
• W2 Employee or 1099 Contractor
