Position OverviewImpact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join a collaborative multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY. This hybrid role offers flexible remote work with minimal on-site requirements, focusing on delivering patient-centered mental health care to diverse populations.

Part-time (8-10 hours/week), 1-2 days/month on-site. - Impactful Work:

- Education:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. - Licensure/
Certifications:
Active New York State medical license. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry. - Experience:
1+ year of clinical psychiatry experience. - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in psychiatric evaluations, pharmacotherapy, and telehealth platforms. - Soft Skills:
Bilingual in Spanish (preferred). Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and strong communication skills.
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health disorders.
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans (including medication management).
- Provide evidence-based therapy for conditions like depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
- Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists for integrated care.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Participate in case conferences and contribute to practice improvement initiatives.
