Emory University’s Department of Otolaryngology seeks one (1) full‑time Comprehensive/General Otolaryngologist to join a robust team. Primary duties will be based at Emory Lagrange in Lagrange, GA. The employee will be appointed at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor, depending on qualifications. The team has long been involved in academic, research, and professional endeavors at national and international levels, and offers opportunities to teach medical students, residents, and fellows, and to participate in scholarly activities.

Duties include patient care, resident and fellow teaching, and academic productivity. The position comprises a clinical appointment in the Department of Otolaryngology and an academic appointment in the Emory University School of Medicine. The job provides a competitive 12‑month salary with excellent benefits.

NOTE:

Position tasks are generally required to be performed in‑person at an Emory University location. Remote work from home day options may be granted at departmental discretion. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to the employee.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Preferred research and publication history, experience in clinical and research mentorship, and national reputation among colleagues within the field
• Eligibility for a valid, unrestricted medical license to practice medicine in the state of Georgia
• Controlled Substance Registration Drug Enforcement Administration Certificate
