DescriptionState University of New York at Stony Brook is seeking a Breast Radiologist at Assistant, Associate or Professor rank. Candidate should be proficient in all aspects of Breast Imaging, including mammography, ultrasound, MRI and image-guided procedures. There is teaching expectation for the SUNY Stony Brook radiology residency program (remote teaching capability), fellowship program, medical students, and research activities are strongly encouraged.
The Breast Imager will collaborate with our breast surgeons and oncologists and will cover breast imaging services at all sites on a rotating basis.
Required Qualifications:
- MD, DO, or equivalent
- NYS Licensure (eligible)
- Board Certified (eligible) in Diagnostic Radiology
- Experience in Image guided procedures
- MQSA Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fellowship training and/or experience in Breast Imaging

Special NotesNon-Tenure Track position. FLSA Exempt position, not eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA. To qualify for a senior faculty appointment, the candidate must meet the criteria established by the School of Medicine.
