Job Overview
Full‑time Emergency Radiology faculty position in the Department of Radiology at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Responsible for covering a broad range of radiology specialties, including Neuro MRI, and for teaching and supervising residents, medical students, and fellows.
Shift ScheduleNighttime rotational schedule: one 7‑day week followed by two 7‑day weeks off.
Shifts:
9 PM‑7 AM, 5 PM‑3 AM, 4 PM‑2 AM. Supports PACS and voice recognition dictation. Position offers flexibility for remote work in accordance with university policies.
- Staff all radiographic and cross‑sectional imaging at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, West Chester Hospital, and other UC Health facilities.
- Teach and supervise residents, medical students, and fellows.
- No interventional radiology work required.
- MD/DO degree.
- Ohio and Kentucky medical license.
- Completion of four years of radiology residency training.
- A /AO board certified or eligible.
- Completion of a 12‑month Emergency Radiology fellowship.
- Experience interpreting post‑operative transplant body CT, aortic CT angiography, and neuro CT angiography.
Office environment: no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
