Sentara Careplex and Sentara Norfolk General Hospitals are seeking an Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiologist to join our collaborative, patient-focused cardiovascular program serving patients across coastal Virginia. This role offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient cardiology with strong team support and a sustainable call schedule.

Our hospitals have earned Platinum and Silver Awards from the NCDR Chest Pain-MI Registry, highlighting our dedication to top-tier, guideline-driven care for patients with chest pain and heart attacks.

  Schedule:
  • 1-2 days at Sentara Careplex Hospital (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • 3-4 days at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Clinic Volume:
  • Average of 20 patients per day
• Call
  
  Schedule:
  • 1:6 call rotation, 5p - 8a
