Select Radiology Solutions (SRS) is seeking remote Radiologists for private practice-based teleradiology 1099 positions in preparation for a large-scale expansion in the southeastern United States and beyond. • Smart Worklist Assignment – Subspecialty reads are routed to the appropriate radiologists, ensuring a balanced caseload. Candidates should also be comfortable reading general radiology, covering a mix of inpatient and emergency medicine alongside other subspecialized radiologists.
• Minimal Distractions – Workstation provided, minimal phone calls, and 24/7 Tele-Assist support to screen calls and manage critical result notifications.
• Collaborative, Non-Corporate Culture – No cherry-picking, fair work distribution, and a strong focus on quality through peer review.

• Must be residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology and Board-Certified or Board-Eligible.
• Fellowship training is preferred but not required.
• Must reside and read from within the United States (no preliminary or international reads).

We currently use Fuji Synapse with Powerscribe 360 and Clario smart list manager software that allows for chat messaging and case collaboration. We use Rad AI to automatically generate report impressions. We have 24/7 clinical extenders and IT staff to minimize phone calls and non-clinical tasks.

Select Radiology Solutions is a division of Radiology Imaging Associates, a physician-owned private practice based in Central Florida. With a team of 200+ radiologists, we serve a diverse network of hospitals, free-standing ERs, Level I/II Trauma Centers, and Comprehensive Stroke Centers, partnering with multiple health systems and imaging centers. Unlike many groups, we keep our IT and support staff in-house, ensuring seamless operations, responsive assistance, and optimized efficiency for our radiologists.

As one of the few remaining true private practices, we are committed to preserving independence and avoiding the influence of corporate or private equity models. In response to growing dissatisfaction with corporatized/private equity radiology, we continue to expand aggressively, achieving consecutive years of double‑digit growth.
