Rivia Mind is expanding our distinguished Psychiatry team and seeks a physician who values clinical excellence and comprehensive patient care. As a Staff Psychiatrist, you will work within a multi-disciplinary team of 160+ mental health professionals while maintaining decision‑making authority. You can grow into supervisory and leadership roles.

Remote. Hybrid option available at our office near Bryant Park, New York City, NY.

Until August 2026. Position to be filled by 08/30/2026.

Fall 2026, or Winter 2027.

• Provide services to a diverse patient population with an average caseload of 50 patients per week (8‑12 per day).
• Provide evidence‑based psychotherapy and medication management.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for all patients.
• Deliver care via a telehealth platform.

• Offer guidance to peers and supervisors.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Exemplify Rivia Mind’s values and collaborative approach.

• Doctor of Medicine in Psychiatry; residency completed with primary care rotation (additional neurology, internal medicine, obstetrics‑gynecology preferred).
• Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted medical license and DEA number in at least one of:
  New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts.
• Interest in supervisory/leadership roles.
• Experience practicing psychotherapy (CBT, DBT, psychodynamic). Telehealth experience preferred.
• Experienced in medication prescribing and concurrent documentation.
• Excellent clinical knowledge, communication, technology proficiency (Google Suite, EHR, company platforms).
• Intermediate computer and technical aptitudes.

Salary range: $220,000–$260,000 (based on location and experience). Quarterly bonuses of up to $2,000 (up to $8,000 annually).

No on‑call or weekend requirements. Schedule designed collaboratively with provider preferences.
