Position

Medical Director/Physician (M.D./DO) – Primary Care / Family Medicine

We are a primary care group providing high quality, accessible healthcare to underserved and at risk populations. Our integrated approach to healthcare means that we address each patient’s overall well‑being for physical and mental health.

• Provide direct patient care in a Primary Care/Family Medicine setting.
• Balance clinical duties with administrative oversight, with an approximate 60/40 mix.
• Work Monday – Friday.

• M.D. and/or D.O. from an accredited school.
• Prefer 2+ years of clinical experience in Family Medicine and/or Primary Care.
• Experience treating patients across the full lifespan.
• Experience in a Community Health or FQHC setting preferred.
• Active New York license.
• DEA license.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.
