1. Onsite Inpatient OpportunitiesThese roles feature a primary 7-on/7-off block schedule focusing on 100% inpatient care at premier regional medical centers.
San Antonio, Texas (Methodist Health System): 7-on/7-off schedule with phone call 2 nights/week. First-year comp is $375k base + $25k starting bonus, increasing to $400k guaranteed in year two. No state income tax.
Denver Metro Area, Colorado: Network includes two Comprehensive Stroke Centers. 7-on/7-off schedule with flexible shift trading and minimal home call (1 night/week). Guaranteed $330k base with an available sign-on bonus and a 3-year partnership track reaching $396k.
Kansas City, Missouri (Research Medical Center): Comprehensive Stroke and Level 1 Trauma Center. Choose a traditional 7-on/7-off block or a flexible 182-shift annual schedule. First-year comp is $360k base + $40k starting bonus, increasing to $400k guaranteed in year two. Includes GME teaching opportunities.
Austin, Texas (St. David's Medical Center): 438-bed Comprehensive Stroke Center. 7-on/7-off block schedule with open shift trading and minimal night duties. First-year comp is $375k base, increasing to $400k guaranteed in year two. Features a sign-on bonus, a 3-year partnership track, and no state income tax.

Role Focus: Deliver urgent telemedicine stroke assessments and acute inpatient coverage with an average response time under 3 minutes.
Schedule: Highly flexible, physician-driven scheduling. Requires a baseline commitment of 14 shifts per month (10 or 14-hour blocks) with no maximum cap.
Compensation: Market-leading competitive guaranteed base salary plus additional performance bonus potential.
Requirements: Fellowship training in vascular neurology or neurocritical care, OR current experience as a practicing neurohospitalist. Board certification required.

Role Focus: Provide remote inpatient neurology consultations and acute emergency management directly within hospital EMRs.
Schedule: No night shifts required. Choose between Full-Time (7-on/7-off block of 12-hour shifts) or Part-Time (minimum 7 consecutive 12-hour day shifts per 4 weeks).
Requirements: Board certification in neurology, direct prior experience as an inpatient neurohospitalist, and a clean professional history with no CV time gaps. Compact or multiple state licenses preferred.
Designed for physicians seeking a balance between a physical hospital presence and work-from-home autonomy.

.Clinical Split:
Inpatient: 7 consecutive 10-hour day shifts at an assigned regional hub hospital.
Telemedicine: 7 shifts executed remotely from home providing nationwide medical coverage.
Financial & Health: Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a robust 401(k) plan, and an employee stock purchase plan.
Practice Expenses: Fully paid malpractice insurance, along with full corporate coverage and dedicated in-house processing for all required state licensures, hospital credentialing, and DEA allowances.
Administrative Support: Full backing from our large internal infrastructure, including dedicated quality coordinators, stroke coordinators, and telehealth operations specialists.
