Gailey Eye Clinic is seeking a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our established and busy Ophthalmology practice in Central Illinois. Physician can be based at our home office in Bloomington, IL, or in one of our 8 satellite locations throughout Central Illinois. The ideal candidate is a motivated, personable, team-player who possesses strong medical and surgical skills. The successful candidate will be one who interacts well with others and enjoys seeing patients in a technician-assisted setting.

Our current provider group consists of four Comprehensive Ophthalmologists, one Vitreoretinal Specialist, one Medical Retinal Specialist and six internal Optometrists.

Busy practice with a strong optometric referral base and substantial surgical volume.

Minimal call responsibilities (approx. 4-5 weekends/yr., plus 1 holiday) to support an excellent work/life balance.

Comprehensive Ophthalmologist

Offer:

guaranteed base salary of $450,000 plus a generous bonus structure, $30,000 signing bonus, partnership track, relocation allowance, and an excellent benefit package including health/dental/life insurance, 401(k) plan with employer profit share, short-term and long-term disability insurance, CME allowance of $3,000/annually, paid vacation, and paid malpractice insurance.

We have eight satellite locations throughout Central Illinois, with onsite optical services in each location, as well as two Gailey Eye Clinic-owned ambulatory surgery centers. Lasik suite on premises in our Bloomington clinic.
