Compensation and Benefits
- Negotiable $260,000 base salary
- Up to 20% of Base Salary Bonus (average bonus is $50,000)

Family Practice Physician We are actively seeking a Family Practice Physician to join a long standing Federally Qualified Healthcare System in Florida.
The Company:
Our Client has been established for 40 years and offers tremendous stability for the Providers. They operate 14 Center in 6 counties in Northeast Florida, 11 Primary Care Centers and 3 Dental Centers.
The Position:
We're looking for a Family Practice Physician. Your package would include a very competitive salary of $170,000 and up depending on experience.
3 weeks PTO (vacation and sick days combined)11 Federal Holidays paid5 days CME's with reimbursement
Loan Repayment up to $50k for 2 years
Full Benefits through Blue Cross $15k Life insurance paid Short and Long term disability
Productivity bonus anywhere from $6,400 to $30k a year

Responsibilities:

- $310,000 - $368,500
