Radiologist opportunities in South Central Pennsylvania–part-time, full-time, remote or hybrid employment and partnership track

Lancaster Radiology Associates, Ltd., is a 30+ provider and 100% physician-owned practice in South Central Pennsylvania committed to maintaining independence from private equity or hospital ownership. LRA has provided exclusive Radiology services at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital for over 50 years.

LRA Radiologists perform high level sub-specialty reads while maintaining strong general skills. Interventional staff typically work 50% interventional and 50% diagnostic shifts. Breast imagers typically work 80% breast and 20% general radiology.

Partners equitably share all aspects of the practice including after-hours shifts as well as home remote reading shifts. Paid time off averaging 12 weeks/year (combination vacation weeks and single days off). Partners have the ability to buy and sell shifts in order to maximize flexibility and suit each individual’s optimal work/life balance. One year to Partnership.

Flexible and customizable employee positions are also available.

• Partnership track or employed staff receive a highly competitive salary, sign-on bonus, vacation time, and comprehensive benefit package including occurrence malpractice insurance, family health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, maternity policy, 401K plan, and cash balance plan.
• Employees also have opportunities to earn extra salary working bonus shifts.
