Psychiatrist - Outpatient - Geriatrics - Hybrid

We are seeking a board‑certified or board‑eligible Geriatric Psychiatrist with a preference for outpatient experience to join our growing behavioral health team. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in an ambulatory setting and is passionate about delivering specialized, longitudinal care to older adults.

Provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for geriatric patients, with a focus on conditions such as late‑life depression, anxiety, cognitive disorders, and behavioral disturbances. Maintain high standards of documentation, regulatory compliance, and patient‑centered care. Work closely with primary care physicians and specialists across Baptist Health’s broad network to deliver integrated, whole‑person care for older adults. Contribute to medical education alongside second‑year psychiatry residents from the University of Florida.
