Remote Work - U.S. Board-Certified Cardiologists

Labela is seeking U.S. Board-Certified Cardiologists for high-level clinical consulting. You will serve as a subject matter expert to validate, refine, and audit the clinical reasoning of frontier AI models. This is a flexible, remote role designed for senior clinicians to influence the safety and accuracy of medical AI at scale.

• Clinical Logic Auditing: Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies to ensure alignment with ACC/AHA standards.
• High-Complexity Validation: Provide expert-level ground truth for intricate cardiovascular case presentations, ECG interpretation, and imaging datasets (Echo, CTA, Cardiac MRI).
• Safety Oversight: Identify clinical inaccuracies or hallucinations in AI outputs that could impact patient safety or triage decisions.
• Strategic Consulting: Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for cardiovascular care.

• Certification: Active U.S. Board Certification in Cardiovascular Disease (ABIM)
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of post-fellowship clinical practice
• Citizenship: Must be based in the United States
• Communication: Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases
