Bloom Healthcare is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive, home-based primary care to medically complex seniors in the Denver metro area. You’ll practice autonomously with strong support from an interdisciplinary team and data systems, delivering patient-centered care in homes and facilities.
This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with about 10 patients per day, light call 2–3 times per year, weekends off, and day-one benefits.
