As a Primary Care Physician, you'll provide comprehensive, relationship-based care to clinically and socially complex older adults while helping patients achieve their health goals through longitudinal care delivered in our clinics and via telehealth.

Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Active Massachusetts medical license, or ability to obtain one prior to start
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- Experience utilizing EHRs and healthcare technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High ethical standards with the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally
- Passion for mission-driven, patient-centered care
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment
- Ability to effectively balance competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience caring for older adults in underserved communities with complex social challenges
