Fountain is seeking physicians with multiple state licenses to join our nationwide virtual-care network. This 1099 contract role is 100% remote with flexible scheduling across the United States.
You are board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine with 7+ licenses (MS or at least 2 in TN, GA, AL, AR, IN) and 2+ years of clinical experience in emergency, urgent care, or primary care. Telemedicine experience preferred.
