Compensation
- $300k+ earning potential

Qualifications
- Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
- Minimum one year of outpatient primary care experience
- Active and unrestricted Wisconsin medical license (or eligible through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact)
- Epic experience strongly preferred
- Passion for innovation, technology, and relationship-based primary care
