We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for a 26- week outpatient locum opportunity in California. This position offers a weekday schedule, no call, and the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population in a well-supported clinic environment.

Location:Torrance, California
Compensation: $250,000 – $280,000 base + bonus + equity.
Schedule:
Monday Friday, 8AM–5PM. Minimal call. Weekends off.
Serve as clinical lead for a multidisciplinary team focused on high-touch care for seniors.
Provide a mix of in-clinic primary care and home-based visits as needed.
Coordinate closely with nursing, behavioral health, social work, and rehab team members.
Focus on continuity and prevention, not volume-based metrics.
Participate in a light call rotation (phone-only), covering only a few evenings or weekends per month.
