- Base pay: $285,120 to $380,160 annually based on shifts worked

What you'll do:
- Provide inpatient pediatric care at multiple facilities in Seattle
- Support labor and delivery teams, including emergent situations and surgical assists
- Manage neonatal and pediatric emergencies
- Participate in academic activities and supervise residents and medical students
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a collegial environment
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
What you need:
- Valid medical license, board certified or board eligible in pediatrics
- 2+ years of pediatric hospitalist experience preferred
- Ability to support a flexible schedule and handle emergent pediatric cases
- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care

What you'll do:

- Maintain a professional, empathetic demeanor in a professional environment
What you need:
- Valid medical license in the practicing state
- EM, FM, or IM experience in primary, urgent, or emergency care preferred
- Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient confidentiality
- Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace
