Dane Street is seeking a Physician Recruiter to maintain and expand its physician panel. You will negotiate fees within guidelines, onboard physicians based on client demand, and ensure all open service requests are resolved promptly.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of physician recruitment experience in healthcare or insurance, a degree (associate or bachelor’s preferred), and strong negotiation, communication, and Microsoft Office skills. This role is primarily remote with travel as needed.
