Geriatric Medicine Physician Needed in Massachusetts
Your compensation offer will be calculated according to your experience, qualifications, and the complexity of the role. Shift length, call, and overtime may positively impact compensation. Please reach out to your consultant for more information.
Permanent position in Boston, Massachusetts.
Quick facts:
- Monday – Friday schedule with 4 days in clinic and 1 flexible work-from-home day
- Low patient census with a maximum panel of 750 patients
- Start at 6 – 10 patients per day, growing to 16 – 20 patients per day
- Light call schedule: 1:15 rotation, 2 times per month and 4 weekends per year
- Value-based care model with a focus on geriatric patient population
- Health system-employed position with competitive compensation and benefits
- Board-certified in Geriatric Medicine required; DEA required
- Bilingual candidates strongly preferred
