We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Psychiatrist (MD or DO) to provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management services for children, adolescents, and adults.

• Collaborative team of therapists and behavioral health professionals

• Generous hourly or salary based position

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
• Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care
• Coordinate care with therapists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Deliver high-quality, ethical, patient-centered psychiatric care

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Active Texas medical license (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Current DEA registration
• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable providing care via both telehealth and in-person visits

• Enjoys working as part of a collaborative outpatient team
• Values authentic relationships with patients
• Practices evidence-based psychiatry with compassion
• Is organized, dependable, and clinically excellent
• Wants the freedom to build a schedule that supports both patients and personal well-being
