Title: Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician – Atlanti Care Health System
Locations:
- Mainland Campus, Pomona, NJ
- City Campus, Atlantic City, NJ
- Outpatient Practice – Atlanti Care Health Park, Egg Harbor Township, NJ
Atlanti Care Health System seeks a board‑certified or board‑eligible Pulmonary & Critical Care physician to provide balanced inpatient, ICU, and outpatient care across Mainland and City campuses and the out‑patient practice in Egg Harbor Township. The role offers excellent APP support, teaching opportunities, and a mix of inpatient and office work.
Schedule- Inpatient and ICU coverage with five days at a campus followed by five days in the office/outpatient practice.
- One Friday‑to‑Monday ICU stretch per rotation.
- Night calls from home (no ICU night coverage required).
- 24/7 ICU coverage by Atlanti Care Critical Care Intensivists and APPs.
- Provide pulmonary and critical care consults in inpatient settings (City/Mainland).
- Manage MICU patients with in‑house intensivist coverage.
- Participate in the outpatient pulmonary practice at Egg Harbor Township.
- Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers.
- Engage in resident and student teaching opportunities.
- Approximately 50/50 inpatient/outpatient mix.
- Primarily home‑based call, with occasional ED consults.
- Weekend MICU coverage (Saturday & Sunday) and consults at City/Mainland.
- Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Pulmonary & Critical Care.
