Vituity, a 100% physician-owned partnership, seeks an Organ Recovery Surgeon to support its HEART Thoracic Donor Organ Transplant Recovery Program in a remote Mid-Atlantic setting. You’ll collaborate with Administration, Surgical and Medical staff to ensure donor heart and lung procurement aligns with ISHLT, UNOS, and hospital policies.
You will drive quality assurance, coordinate training for nursing staff and transplant coordinators, and participate in inspections and performance improvement
