Integrative Emergency Services, LLC (IES) is seeking a Physician Recruiter to identify, interview, and contract physician and APP candidates for partner hospitals. The role focuses on Emergency Medicine, Hospitalists, and Anesthesiologists, with remote work possible and preference for candidates in the DFW area for site access.
Candidates will build talent pipelines, manage ATS data, coordinate interviews and credentialing, and support recruiters and leadership.
