MSK (With a Mix of Diagnostic Radiology) - Fully Remote
Empire State Radiology (ESR) is seeking a fellowship-trained Musculoskeletal (MSK) Radiologist to join our growing practice. This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment while providing the opportunity to practice a blend of musculoskeletal and general diagnostic radiology within a large, subspecialized physician group.
We are seeking a collaborative physician who enjoys reading a diverse case mix, values quality patient care, and is interested in joining a physician-led organization supported by advanced workflow technology and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities include:
- Interpret musculoskeletal imaging studies including MRI, CT, radiographs, and ultrasound
- Read a combination of MSK and general diagnostic radiology examinations
- Provide high-quality interpretations for outpatient, inpatient, emergency department, and urgent care settings
- Collaborate with referring physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Participate in practice quality and peer review initiatives
Qualifications include:
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency
- Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Radiology preferred
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
- Eligible for medical licensure in New York (and New Jersey)
