Physicians provide longitudinal primary care while remaining fully integrated within established healthcare networks. This is not a transactional telehealth position. Providers develop ongoing patient relationships, coordinate care with specialists, and access comprehensive Epic-based medical records through trusted health system partnerships.

New Jersey, Massachusetts, North Carolina, South Carolina, Wisconsin, and Minnesota Multiple active state licenses and Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) eligibility are strongly preferred. Technology-Enabled Care Advanced AI technology assists with chart review, patient history summaries, care gap identification, and clinical documentation, allowing physicians to focus more on patient care and less on administrative tasks.
