Overview
Fort Atkinson is situated within the Four Lakes Area of Jefferson County. Located 30 miles east of Madison and 60 miles west of Milwaukee, the community offers strong schools and a broad economic base.
Responsibilities- 4 - 5 clinic days per week
- Limited on-call requirements (telephone only)
- In-person, hybrid, or telepsychiatry options available
- Treat adults, children, adolescents, and geriatric patients
- Outpatient clinic setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry
- DEA registration required
